Blends

Except for espresso, coffee blending has gotten a sort of bad rap. Long used as a way to "cheapen" coffee by mixing low-quality, low-cost coffees with better ones, blending is slowly gaining favor once more. When done well, with an eye to flavor and using high-quality coffees, blending can product a cup that no single coffee can match.
