Roastery

 

Mad Goat’s Roastery is in Danville, next to our spacious South Gilbert St. location.  

Since our beginning, we have always roasted our own beans to ensure the freshness and quality we desire in our coffee.

We currently roast all of our coffee on a 15kg Mill City Roaster.  We roast multiple times a week to satisfy the coffee needs of our shops as well as our other wholesale partners.

We also have a 1kg Mill City Roaster we use for sampling and small batch testing.

We do regular cuppings of both new and current coffees to make sure we are bringing in the best possible coffees and that our roasting process is highlighting the best possible flavors in our coffee.
