Good overall, but has a bite to it

The coffee from MadGoat is always very good. But this has a bitter note to it that I don't love. I would not order it again, as this is just my preference.

Help, I can hear the bag of Mad Goat Mexican Chiapas in my mind. Its' nutty chocolate aroma has infiltrated my olfactory brain and erased all other beverages from my memory. Only order this coffee if you are comfortable with a monomaniacal devotion to ritualized bean elixir.
