We found this natural Ethiopian and were extremely impressed with its unique flavor profile.
This coffee uniquely features a oak and barrel aged whisky flavor that we have never found to the same degree in a coffee. Additionally, it features other flavor notes of spiced fruit, dried cherry, and caramel.

Christina The description of this coffee couldn't be more accurate. It has a bright acidity to it, but doesn't come across too powerfully. Nicely enjoyed with dessert or a morning pastry.
