I had ordered online a physical card to give to a friend who has retired and the order process was so easy! I got the tracking notification but it showed awaiting package for almost a week. I replied to my order confirmation email and advised of what the tracking info indicated…. Long story longer…. I got an immediate response from the owner who agrees that was strange as they had sent it but asked I wait a day or so and if not received he’d send a replacement. Which was more than reasonable and within a day or so the gift card arrived! Just really appreciated the immediate response and assurance I would get my gift card! 10/10 would do it again and next time I’m in the area - I will stop and pick up some coffee for myself! 😊
