Guatemala is another Central American region that has been able to overcome political instability and poor infrastructure to produce some very excellent coffees. Today the Guatemalan coffee industry is among one of the best developed and influential regions in specialty coffee.
This coffee is from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. It's rich volcanic soil and high elevations are perfect for producing specialty coffee.

I originally ran across this coffee in a gift shop and tried it on a whim. Have been unable to find retail in nearby store, so have ordered from Mad goat. This was a repeat purchase, and will be a repeat customer again. Pleased with product, ordering experience, and Mad Goat. I even took their round sticker logo and put on a flat magnetic sheet for my fridge!
This coffee has a smooth taste and was handled and delivered quickly.. Since moving from the area to Massachusetts,it gives me the taste of home fr om my favorite coffee shop
