Lunji Estate is a 380-hectare farm with 92 hectares planted in coffee, owned and operated by Clemens Moier. The farm is located at the base of Mount Mbeya and is planted with Bourbon, Blue Mountain, Kilimanjaro, and Luwiri coffee varieties. After the coffee is harvested ripe, it is depulped the same day and given a dry fermentation for 72 hours in cement tanks. Then the coffee is washed three times and sorted through grading channels before being dried on raised beds for 10–12 days, depending on the cloud cover.
